PESHWARI PANEER

   
                           Ingredients

  • Butter- 4tbsp
  • Purpose flour- 2tbsp
  • Salt- 1/2tsp
  • Pepper- 1/2tsp
  • Milk- 500ml
  • Coriander powder- 1tsp
  • Red chilli powder- 1tsp
  • Oil- 1tbsp
  • Paneer- 250gm
  • Granulated sugar- 1/2tsp
  • Salt- 1/2tsp
  • Fresh cream- 1tbsp
                               Procedure
  1. Heat butter in a heavy skillet. Add purpose flour and stir. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
  2. Add milk and stir continuously until it thickens.
  3. Add coriander powder and red chilli powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir constantly.
  4. Add paneer, granulated sugar and salt. Mix gently. simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add fresh cream
  6. Serve hot
