SOYA NUGGETS


                Ingredients:

  • Water 700ml
  • Soya chunks 130gm
  • Grated paneer 170 gm
  • Mozzarella cheese 170 gm
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs for coating
  • Oil for frying


                Procedure:

  • Heat water in a pot, add soya chunks and bring it to boil.
  • Cook till the chunks are soft
  • Remove it from water and squeeze them well so there is no enough water in it
  • Transfer this into the blender and blend well
  • Transfer this mixture into the bowl , add grated paneer, mozzarella cheese, black pepper, salt, chilli flakes and mix it well
  • Take some mixture in your hand and shape it into a nugget.
  • Roll it into bread crumbs
  • Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy
  • Drain it on an absorbent paper
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
