MUSHROOM COCKTAIL SALAD


                              Ingredients

  • Mushroom- 450 gm
  • Hung yogurt- 1 cup
  • Fresh cream- 1/4 cup
  • Tobasco sauce or red chilli sauce- 2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup- 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil- 1/2 tbsp
  • Honey- 1 tsp
  • Chopped chives ( spring onion)- 2 tbsp
  • Chopped parsley- 1tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lettuce- 5-6 shreaded
  • Lemon juice-1tbsp
  • Paprika powder- 1/2 tsp
                               Procedure

  • To make dressing blend together yogurt, cream, tobasco sauce, tomato ketchup, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, chives, parsley and salt
  • Take a martini glass and place a lettuce leaf at the base
  • Combine mushroom and dressing in a bowl mix well
  • Spoon this mixture into the glass and top with a little paprika powder
  • Serve immediately.
