MUSHROOM COCKTAIL SALAD
Ingredients
- Mushroom- 450 gm
- Hung yogurt- 1 cup
- Fresh cream- 1/4 cup
- Tobasco sauce or red chilli sauce- 2 tsp
- Tomato ketchup- 2 tbsp
- Olive oil- 1/2 tbsp
- Honey- 1 tsp
- Chopped chives ( spring onion)- 2 tbsp
- Chopped parsley- 1tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Lettuce- 5-6 shreaded
- Lemon juice-1tbsp
- Paprika powder- 1/2 tsp
- To make dressing blend together yogurt, cream, tobasco sauce, tomato ketchup, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, chives, parsley and salt
- Take a martini glass and place a lettuce leaf at the base
- Combine mushroom and dressing in a bowl mix well
- Spoon this mixture into the glass and top with a little paprika powder
- Serve immediately.
